Had a great New Year's experience at this hotel! the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions. Loved the comfortable beds and clean rooms. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, even letting us check in early. the food was delicious and affordable, with a great variety to choose from.
The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors talking at times. the shower was a bit small and tended to make the bathroom floor wet and slippery.

The rooms at Matsurev Han are absolutely amazing! Each one is uniquely and beautifully decorated in different colors, giving them a vibrant and cozy feel. And let me tell you, the view from the balcony overlooking the Old Town and Pirin Mountains is simply breathtaking. As a bike rider, it was the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the picturesque scenery. Plus, having a fridge and cable TV in the room was a nice bonus.
Personally, I found the extra beds a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my opinion, and I'm sure others might still find them perfectly fine.

The location was amazing, so close to the main shopping street and the ski lift. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The free parking was also a huge plus, as we had our own car. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the local dishes, and the service was friendly and attentive.
The shower was a bit awkward, with no tub and water all over the floor, which made it slippery and uncomfortable. , some of the staff were a bit unfriendly and unresponsive to our needs, which made us feel a bit unwelcome.
